Luxury Bath continuously informed us of scheduling and reacted quickly to our requested changes. The installation team was professional, highly skilled and very customer focused. In particular, we were very pleased by the work done by Keith and Rob in insuring our complete satisfaction. Michele worked closely with us from the beginning with the proposal, contract, and post completion follow-up. She was very helpful with design suggestions and accompanied us to the tile and floor covering dealers. We are pleased to recommend Luxury Bath. Ray and Cindy S.
